Why Peoria FC United?
At Peoria FC United (PFCU), our technical staff is responsible for all facets of our player development and programming. Our Director of Coaching has multiple years of coaching and playing experience at high levels of the game. Each staff member continues to raise their development by attending internal coaching education classes as well as earning USSF National Level Coaching Licenses to accelerate the development and enjoyment for all our players.
PFCU Player Development Curriculum:
The Director of Coaching has implemented a club-wide (age-appropriate) curriculum that supports the development of all players to their maximum potential while considering the demands of the game.
Using the best practices highlighted by US Soccer and US Club Soccer, our curriculum is a blend of both organizations' methodologies, but also incorporates specific practices unique to the PFCU player development guidelines. We also believe in a play-practice-play model of teaching to provide more player-centric guidance than vocal direction. Soccer is the player's game and we value that as a core tenant at PFCU.
Facilities & Folks:
36,000 ft² indoor soccer facility, 20 acres of natural grass playing and training fields, full administrative support team, dedicated Director of Coaching and technical staff.

IMPORTANT TRYOUT INFORMATION
- Players must register online prior to tryouts (this is for new & returning players).
- NO PREVIOUS CLUB ATTIRE IS TO BE WORN.
- ALL PLAYERS WILL REGISTER ACCORDING TO THEIR BIRTHYEAR EVEN IF THEY HAVE PLAYED UP IN THE PAST.
